I should at least post once in the month of june...

Let's be honest here.  Do you know anyone as inconsistent as me with blog posts?  I'll post daily for weeks and then not at all for a month.  I can't imagine why any of you put up with that.
I'm writing right now because I'm so ridiculously tired I can't bring myself to get out of bed but I can't actually sleep and my lap top happened to be within reach this morning.
So yes, that means I will be rambling because I have no real plan for what I am going to share with you today.

June has been a pretty good month so far if you don't take the weather into account.
I have my first full-time student at work, which has defnitiely been a learning experience.
I turned 28.  Malachi took me to Cirque Du Soleil for my birthday and it was absolutely incredible.

We went to campmeeting and had a really fun day with Vanessa and Ryan and Seth and Brisa.
Had a wonderful father's day/birthday meal/ice cream with my parents.

V and R came over for the weekend this weekend and V and I went to the luxury home tour and saw houses just slightly out of our price range (you know, about a million dollars or more out of our price range).  Although, I am definitely having a tiny little Alice in Wonderland cubby hole room in my first house, fo sho!
We went to the Joyful Noise Festival with Goran and the other Vanessa which was alot of fun.

I think my favorite was Laura Story,

and Mikeschair was alot of fun to see in concert.

And wow, Go Fish sure has changed a lot, but it's fascinating how good of entertainers they are.

And this coming Tuesday we are meeting up with V and R at A to Z pizza (sorry, that was alot of capital letters).

So ya, I can't complain.  June treated me quite nicely.  All I ask is for a little Vitamin D, well actually a lot of Vitamin D for the rest of the summer.
July is looking to be great already, we've got the 4th coming quickly, I have some relatives coming up for a few days (for the first time in my entire life), and of course, UFO days!!  I would like to fit in some camping somewhere in there, but I just don't see it happening at this point.  We'll see.

Well, I think it's time to have some breakfast so I have the energy to go weed my neglected garden today.  Hope you all had a great weekend!

Man, all that time with V is making me jealous! I mean I want time with both of you! And of course I am a little jealous you got to see Cirque Du Soleil. I wanted to take Stephen for his birthday one year so I asked his family to chip in (tickets were about $70-100 a piece) and that didn't really happen so we couldn't go. =( Someday...
